Professor Armstong is a Fellow of the Royal Historical Society and has held the Departmental Research Director position at Birmingham University, Exeter and Durham. Professor Armstrong is currently at the University of Buckingham and has committed the Huawen Institute to examine aspects of the interaction between China and Globalisation.
Candace Lafleur holds over a decade of experience in the development and management of globalized higher education, having further advanced her professional work in the research, lobbying and application of immigration policy and rules in the United Kingdom as a personal interest.

New Student Orientation Day on 27th of May 2014
The 2014 June intake will start off with a fun and informative day known as New Student Orientation Day. On 27th of May, we will introduce all new students to life at Huawen Institute. The day's activities will include a brief welcoming speech, an explanation of the student services available and campus tour.
